We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play an important role in bringing the right people into the right opportunities. You’ll be involved across the recruitment journey — from sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination, hiring support, and onboarding.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔎 Discover & Attract Talent

  • Review resumes, applications, and online profiles to identify promising candidates
  • Conduct phone or virtual screening interviews and assess candidates against hiring requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, referrals, networks, and other sourcing channels
  • Proactively source candidates, particularly for specialist and hard-to-fill positions
  • Support the posting and management of job advertisements across various recruitment platforms

🤝 Partner with Hiring Managers

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively identify and recommend suitable candidates
  • Prepare clear and concise candidate profiles to help hiring managers make informed decisions
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and ensure everyone is aligned throughout the process

✨ Deliver a Great Candidate Experience

  • Organize and facilitate interview sessions to ensure a smooth and professional experience
  • Send interview invitations, confirmations, and relevant information promptly
  • Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment journey and follow up on interview outcomes
  • Respond to candidate enquiries professionally and build positive relationships from first contact to onboarding

📊 Keep Recruitment Running Smoothly

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment systems and databases
  • Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and other documentation
  • Support onboarding documentation, pre-employment checks, and related administrative processes
  • Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements, and other initiatives that make the hiring process more effective

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR or recruitment experience
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • A positive, cheerful team player who enjoys working with people
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently when required
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act and relevant government compliance requirements is an advantage
  • CEI certification will be an added advantage
