About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HR & Admin (Recruitment) professional to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in the Central Region and is integral to our human resources function. As HR & Admin (Recruitment), you will play a key part in building our organisation by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. This position bridges HR operations and recruitment strategy, ensuring we bring the best candidates into Superpower X AI whilst maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Maintaining candidate databases and tracking applicants through various stages of the recruitment pipeline
  • Conducting initial candidate assessments and preliminary interviews to evaluate fit and qualifications
  • Preparing recruitment documentation, offer letters, and employment contracts
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation coordination and documentation
  • Assisting with HR administrative tasks such as leave management, employee records, and policy implementation
  • Liaising with external recruitment partners and vendors as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team and other departments as required
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives that enhance recruitment and retention strategies

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related role within the technology, professional services, or corporate sector
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR software and databases
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
  • Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements in Singapore
  • Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Preferred experience in tech industry recruitment or working within fast-paced, growth-focused organisations
  • Relevant HR or recruitment certifications would be advantageous
