About the Singapore National Co-operative Federation

The Singapore National Co-operative Federation Ltd (SNCF) is the apex body representing co-operatives in Singapore. We champion co-operatives as resilient, sustainable businesses that empower communities and contribute to a stronger, more inclusive society.

Make Purpose Your Profession — Join the Co-operative Movement

At the Singapore National Co-operative Federation Ltd (SNCF), we represent co-operatives which are community-driven businesses built to serve and uplift. Our mission is to promote and develop cooperatives as a resilient and sustainable business model that empowers communities and strengthens society.

Why Join Us?

1. Be part of a movement that drives real change — from empowering everyday Singaporeans to shaping inclusive business models.

2. Work alongside passionate partners, agencies, and community leaders to amplify social impact.

3. Contribute to a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development, creative autonomy and meaningful work.

Role: Talent & Leadership Partner

The Talent & Leadership team builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders and develops opportunities to grow people in the co-operative movement — from attracting new entrants, to developing existing leaders, and enabling experienced co-operators to contribute through mentoring, learning exposure and capability-building programmes.

The Talent & Leadership Partner will lead T&L programmes and workstreams, including planning, designing, coordinating and driving delivery. The role requires strong relationship management and a proactive approach to follow-through so that programmes are delivered effectively and continue to improve over time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Programme Design and Delivery

Drive the planning, design, coordination and delivery of T&L programmes and initiatives, ensuring that programme objectives, structure, timelines and delivery arrangements are clearly developed and implemented.

2. Stakeholder and Participant Coordination

Serve as a liaison for co-operatives, participants, partners, vendors and internal teams. Manage communications, reminders, submissions, feedback collection and follow-ups, and flag issues early to ensure timelines, information and deliverables are properly managed.

3. Tracking, Reporting and Programme Improvement for T&L Programmes

Maintain trackers, collate data and feedback, and prepare reporting inputs for management updates and programme evaluation. Use data and observations to identify areas for improvement and improve programme delivery.

4. Overseas Engagements Coordinate arrangements for overseas conferences, learning trips and T&L-related events, including logistics, participant communications, on-site support and follow-up. The role may require participation in selected local and overseas engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

2. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in learning and development, partnerships, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement or relationship management.

3. Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, logistics, trackers, follow-ups and multiple workstreams.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with participants, stakeholders, co-operatives, partners, vendors and internal teams.

5.Comfortable with data collation, basic reporting, documentation and maintaining accurate programme records.

6.Willing to support local and overseas conferences, learning trips and SNCF-led events, including occasional travel where required.

7.Interest in leadership development, capability building, community development or the co-operative movement would be an advantage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
