Student Management & Discipline Support
- Attendance & Late-Coming: Manage, record, and monitor late-coming students.
- Detention & Supervision: Monitor students placed on detention or suspension, and assist with supervision and crowd management during morning assemblies, recesses, dismissals, and school events.
- Patrols & Incidents: Conduct security patrols within and around school premises during and after school hours, support the investigation and documentation of disciplinary incidents, and provide guidance to students involved.
- Device & Record Management: Handle the confiscation and return of students' mobile phones or Personal Learning Devices (PLDs), and maintain updated filing for disciplinary records and incident reports.
Event Operations
- School Events: Provide general administrative and operational support for school events as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
- Working Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with students or teenagers, preferably in discipline management.
Skills & Competencies
- Interpersonal & Communication: Strong people skills to engage students, communicate with parents or guardians regarding disciplinary matters, and liaise effectively with teachers with patience and empathy.
- Work Ethic & Teamwork: A collaborative team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision to achieve set targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel) to handle daily administrative tasks independently.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break).
- Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break).
- Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break).
- Off Days: Weekends and gazetted public holidays.
