  • Coach team members on credit processes, control requirements, and quality standards.
  • Partner with Team Heads and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, workflow enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Business Units, Credit Risk, Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve credit-related issues.
  • Provide timely updates on overdue conditions, covenant breaches, documentation gaps, and operational exceptions.
  • Support new credit processes, system enhancements, and operational change initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
