Govt: Looking to grow your career in technology recruitment? Join us in supporting a government project, where you will manage end-to-end hiring and build talent pipelines for a variety of technology roles.

  • Govt, Inhouse Recruitment
  • 6 months contract (Renewable)
  • Monday to Friday, office hours (Hybrid)
  • Location: Pasir Panjang
  • Annual leave and medical coverage
  • Up to $6600 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technology positions, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their manpower requirements, technical needs and preferred candidate profiles.
  • Recruit for positions across software engineering, data, cloud, infrastructure, product, cybersecurity and other technology functions.
  • Develop suitable sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, recruitment events and other channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening and prepare suitable profiles for hiring managers’ review.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks and offer processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably covering technology positions.
