Experience Requirements

  • Technical Delivery Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements.
  • Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments.

Core Competencies (Mandatory)

  • Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
  • Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills..

Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, Java 17, and Java 21.
  • Deep understanding of Core Java concepts, including: Multithreading and ConcurrencyJVM Performance TuningCollections FrameworkObject-Oriented Programming (OOP)Design Patterns
  • Extensive experience with: Spring FrameworkSpring BootSpring MVC
  • Expertise in modern application architectures: Microservices ArchitectureRESTful API Design & DevelopmentEvent-Driven Architecture
  • Database experience with: OracleMySQL
  • Messaging and integration technologies: Apache KafkaRabbitMQ
  • Strong understanding of delivery best practices: Agile/Scrum methodologiesCode ReviewsTechnical Leadership and OwnershipRelease and Deployment Governance

Secondary Skills (Preferred)

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or other Agile certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Splunk, Grafana, Geneos.
  • Collaboration & ALM Tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
