The posting

Experience To support the project team in document control, quality records management, and general administrative duties. This role plays a key support function in ensuring documents and records are properly maintained in accordance with project and company requirements. Prior experience in construction or engineering projects is preferred.

Years of Experience At least 1–3 years of experience in document control or administrative support, preferably in construction or engineering projects.

Others 1. Diploma or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or related disciplines.

2. Familiar with document control procedures and basic quality documentation practices.

3. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document management systems is an advantage.

4. Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors.

5. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities 1. Manage, maintain, and control site documents and project records.

2. Perform document control activities, including document numbering, distribution, tracking, filing, and archiving.

3. Assist the project team in compiling, preparing, and submitting project-related documents to internal teams, Clients, and relevant parties.

4. Maintain and regularly update document registers, tracking logs, and related records to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

5. Provide administrative and clerical support to the project team, including meeting coordination and general office duties.

6. Carry out other documentation or administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
