What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience selling technical products, components, equipment, or engineered solutions within the marine, oil & gas, offshore, shipbuilding, or related industrial sectors.
  • Background in internal sales, technical sales, account management, business development, or external sales roles.
  • A technical qualification is an advantage, but hands-on product knowledge, curiosity, and the ability to understand customer applications are equally valued.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with engineers, procurement teams, contractors, distributors, and end users.
  • Self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working with a high degree of trust and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage customer relationships across Singapore and selected regional markets.
  • Identify opportunities to offer customers stronger technical or commercial solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their applications, specifications, and project needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and management teams to progress opportunities efficiently.
  • Contribute to shaping market strategy, with the opportunity to influence business growth direction rather than follow a fixed territory plan.
