Key Responsibilities
- Ensure vessels meet required technical standards and maintain optimal performance.
- Ensure vessel certificates and technical documentation are properly updated and maintained.
- Implement and monitor the Company's Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
- Coordinate and manage class, statutory, and other vessel surveys.
- Plan and oversee dry-docking, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Review and support vessel crew performance.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor technical budgets.
- Perform other technical duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Tanker seagoing experience as a Chief Engineer, Second Engineer, or Third Engineer, with COC Class 1 to 3; OR at least 2 years of experience as technical superintendent for oil tankers and bunker tankers.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Superintendent managing oil tankers and bunker tankers.
- Strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, management, and communication skills.
- Able to speak and write effectively in English.
