The posting

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct technical training for Shimano stakeholders, including dealers, distributorsand OEM factories. Training topics include component installation, bicycle assembly, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and updates on new technologies and products.
  • Support the preparation of training materials
  • Follow up and process warranty from dealers, distributors and OEM factory
  • Provide warranty report to stakeholders
  • Provide neutral service at events, including bicycle fine tuning, changing of parts (tires/wheels) when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in related fields
  • Good knowledge in bicycle components,parts and technicalities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e.Excel, Words, PPT)
  • Willing to travel overseas and work onweekends for events occasionally
  • Comfortable to communicate and engage all levels and big groups

OTHERS:

  • Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
  • Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Uniform & Lunch provided
  • Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
