Job Responsibilities

  • To perform corrective and preventive maintenance within the require response times.
  • Work according to assigned regular schedules (outdoor and indoor) which may include both light and heavy maintenance, cleaning or routine equipment repairs, or special maintenance and repair activities.
  • Assist to provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot of the different security, mechanical and electrical systems/products.
  • To attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis related activities of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
  • Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable.
  • Ensure all breakdowns and repairs are properly recorded to support trend analysis and maintenance planning.
  • Be available to perform on-call and standby duties.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Diploma / NITEC in Electronic or Electrical

Work Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience
  • Preferably with knowledge in Security Systems
  • Committed and willing to perform standby duties when called upon
