About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support and operate the coating machine, conduct system diagnostics, and maintain precise lab operations.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

1. Do testing in Lab

a. Analyse performance data and implement improvements

2. Operate the coating machine

a. Work closely with operations teams to ensure stable plant operation.

b. Troubleshoot production problems.

c. Increase product yield and quality.

d. Improve production efficiency and reduce waste.

3. Technical Support on Projects

a. Work with the research centre for further scale-up production

Qualification: Diploma in Chemical, Material Science, Mechanical or equivalent

Faculty of Engineering: Any Engineering Studies

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
