The posting

Location: Caldecott Salary: $12/ hr Working Hours: Any 5 days work week Mon to Sat, 42 hours work week Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 6.00pm Saturday: 7.00am to 4.00pm

Job Scope:

  • * Booking of surgery slots for operating theatres, booking of beds etc
  • * Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls.
  • * Follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines.
  • * Disseminate hospital and departmental updates effectively.
  • * Ensure calls are answered within 3 rings or 30 seconds using standard greetings.
  • * Handle difficult customers and apply service recovery protocols.
  • * Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
