The posting

  • Welcome and attend to walk‑in customers; provide friendly, personalised service
  • Maintain good customer relationships and handle basic customer queries in‑store
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, new launches, and ongoing promotions
  • Support sales activities on the shop floor and guide customers through their shopping journey
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing new stock deliveries
  • Carry out replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor and in display areas
  • Support stocktake exercises; help track and count inventory accurately
  • Assist with processing returns, damages, and stock transfers as instructed
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed (tidy displays, correct product placement)
  • Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards (daily tidying, monthly deep clean)
  • Operate POS/cashier counter and process sales transactions when required
  • Work collaboratively with HQ/store lead and provide prompt updates on stock or customer issues
