📢 Temporary Operations Assistant

💰 $2,080/month 📅 6-month contract, subject to 3-month extension 🗓️ Immediate – March 2027 ⏰ Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain designated rooms and school areas.
  • Support gate duties during arrivals, dismissals, CCA and school activities.
  • Escort contractors for scheduled and ad-hoc repair or installation works.
  • Report faults relating to equipment and facilities such as fans, air-conditioning and water fixtures.
  • Assist with setup and preparation for school events and programmes.
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned.

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Able to perform hands-on operational and facilities support duties.
  • Responsible and able to follow instructions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a school environment.
