Job Summary

You will provide administrative, operational, and HR coordination support to the Client Partner (CP) team. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, reporting accuracy, compliance administration, stakeholder coordination, and workforce management activities. This position plays a key role in supporting Client Partners to deliver excellent service to both clients and associates while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Compliance & Process Administration

  • Support adherence to internal governance, policies, compliance requirements, and statutory regulations.
  • Ensure proper adoption and utilization of internal systems and tools.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records, documentation, and audit trails.
  • Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.

2. Reporting & Data Management

  • Review and validate weekly and monthly reports prepared by the Shared Admin Hub.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform data reconciliation, quality checks, and reporting updates.
  • Support ad hoc data requests and operational reporting requirements.

3. Vendor Management System (VMS) Administration

  • Prepare and maintain weekly VMS reports and updates.
  • Monitor data accuracy and completeness across relevant systems.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and outstanding actions.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of reporting requirements.

4. Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Consolidate, track, validate, and distribute operational reports.
  • Manage documentation filing and records maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support for hiring ramp-ups, workforce expansion activities, and seasonal hiring projects.
  • Undertake ad hoc operational and administrative duties assigned by the Client Partner team.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Tertiary education
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and environments
