Join a fast-growing data centre technology environment where you’ll work with advanced server systems, testing processes and engineering tools!

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Perform server and system testing to ensure products meet required specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain test templates, test procedures and Golden Images.
  • Work with BOMs, Engineering Instructions (EI) and other technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and identify issues during testing and production.
  • Perform failure analysis and work closely with engineering and production teams.
  • Record test results and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement of testing processes and workflows.
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with quality and safety requirements.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT or Engineering.
  • Experience in server testing, system testing, manufacturing or data centre environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with BOM, test procedures, troubleshooting or engineering documentation.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with hardware, software and technical equipment.
  • Candidates with relevant Test Engineering / Technician / Server / PC hardware experience are welcome. 🕒 Working HoursTraining Period (First 3 Months) Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM After Training Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts:Day: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PMNight: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Choose one of the following fixed 4-day work patterns: Team A: Monday – Thursday Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
