Join an established technology manufacturing environment supporting server, rack and hardware testing. This role is suited to candidates with experience in test engineering, electronics, manufacturing, hardware troubleshooting or production testing who are looking to deepen their technical exposure.

💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary: $3,500–$4,800/month
  • Day shift allowance: $12/workday
  • Night shift allowance: $24/workday
  • Meal & transport allowance: $16/workday
  • 4-day work week after training
  • Structured technical training and exposure to server/rack testing

Shift allowances apply when allocated to the respective shift schedule.

⏰ Working Hours

First 3 Months – Training Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

After Training – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

  • Day: 8:00am–8:00pm
  • Night: 8:00pm–8:00am
  • 4 working days per week
  • Every Sunday off

Shift teams:

  • Team A: Monday–Thursday
  • Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
  • Team C: Wednesday–Saturday

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and apply Test Process Instructions (TPI) for production testing
  • Support production testers and operators with technical queries and test procedures
  • Create and maintain Golden Images (GI) for server systems
  • Maintain test database accuracy and hardware configuration records
  • Develop rack test templates based on BOM and Engineering Instructions
  • Coordinate with software teams to deploy rack configurations into test systems
  • Set up database entries for hardware components such as switches and power shelves
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production test issues
  • Raise technical tickets and coordinate with Engineering, Software and other relevant teams
  • Escalate complex technical issues where required
  • Maintain technical training materials, test documentation and audit records
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians
  • Support production readiness and ensure testing requirements are met for shipment

✅ Requirements

  • Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in test engineering, hardware testing, manufacturing or production testing
  • Candidates without a relevant diploma/degree may be considered with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with server, rack, electronics or hardware testing is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of Linux / DOS
  • Understanding of basic electrical and electronic concepts
  • Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of network hardware troubleshooting
  • Able to read and understand Python or other programming scripts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment
  • Willing to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts after training
