Job Scope

We are looking for experienced semiconductor Test Engineers with strong hands-on Verigy/Advantest V93K (V93000) tester experience to support test program ownership, integration and silicon validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, debug and support semiconductor ATE test programs throughout the product lifecycle.

• Develop, integrate, validate and optimize test programs on the V93K/V93000 platform.

• Perform test program debugging, characterization and correlation activities.

• Support silicon validation and investigate device/test failures using systematic debugging methodologies.

• Analyze test results, yield data and failure Pareto to identify root causes and improve product/test performance.

• Support wafer sort and final-test activities, including test-program release and production ramp.

• Drive test-time optimization, yield improvement, test coverage and overall cost-of-test improvements.

• Perform tester-to-tester, site-to-site and hardware/software correlation as required.

• Troubleshoot ATE hardware, test-program and device-related issues and work with relevant engineering teams on corrective actions.

• Support new silicon/product introduction, engineering lots, qualification and transfer into high-volume manufacturing.

• Coordinate with Product, Design, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality and Test Engineering teams.

• Maintain test-program documentation, release records, engineering reports and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant semiconductor testing/test-development experience.

• Strong hands-on Verigy/Advantest V93K (V93000) tester knowledge and experience is essential.

• Strong understanding of ATE test-program development, debugging, integration and characterization.

• Good understanding of semiconductor devices, silicon validation, wafer sort and final test.

• Experience in yield analysis, failure analysis, test correlation and test-time optimization.

• Strong analytical and systematic troubleshooting skills.

• Able to independently own technical issues and work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.

• 2-year Service Agreement is mandatory.
