Are you passionate about travel and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your expertise can make a difference? Inqbaytor, a leading travel company dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences, is seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team.

- Manage end-to-end ticketing processes,ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Handle reissues and refunds with exceptionalattention to detail and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize New Distribution Capability (NDC) tooptimize the booking experience.

- Apply knowledge of Low-Cost Carriers (LCC)in ticketing and booking procedures.

- Leverage abilities with various GlobalDistribution Systems (GDS) to provide seamless travel solutions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a travel agency orsimilar role, preferably as a Senior Travel Executive.

- Strong knowledge of ticketing, reissue,refunds, NDC, LCC, and GDS.

- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills to connect with clients and partners effectively.

- Detail-oriented with exceptionalproblem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work with at least 2 GDS systems(Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre)
