Description

Tim Hortons (Tims) is a beloved Canadian brand founded in 1964, known for premium coffee, baked goods and sandwiches. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of store operations, people management, customer experience, compliance and financial performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, manpower planning, inventory, ordering, cleanliness and compliance.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching and performance management of store employees.
  • Drive customer service standards and manage escalated feedback or complaints.
  • Ensure food quality, food safety, workplace safety and brand standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor sales, labour cost, food cost, wastage and store expenses.
  • Analyse store performance and implement improvement plans to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Ensure readiness for internal audits, regulatory inspections and operational reviews.
  • Work closely with Operations, HR and Training teams on store and people-related matters.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of F&B/QSR experience, including at least 5 years in a comparable Store Manager role.
  • Proven experience managing P&L, labour cost, food cost, inventory, sales and store profitability.
  • Strong experience in leading and performance-managing frontline teams.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, workplace safety and local employment requirements.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume café, QSR or international F&B brand is strongly preferred.
