Company transport provided at Lakeside MRT.

Mon - Fri + Sat or Sun (5.5 days)

Morning Shift: Mon to Fri 7.30am – 3.30pm, Sat 7.30am till the task is completed for the day

Afternoon Shift: Mon to Fri 3.30pm till the task is completed for the day, Sun: 7.30am till the task is completed for the day

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers to support daily transport operations.
  • Plan and prioritise daily operational activities to maximise efficiency and resource utilisation.
  • Assign transportation jobs through the PSA Haulier Community System.
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of all assigned deliveries.
  • Track driver movements in real time using GPS monitoring systems.
  • Communicate with drivers to resolve operational issues and provide timely support.
  • Process transportation and operational documentation through the PSA Portnet System.
  • Manage depot booking arrangements through CDAS CMS online.
  • Coordinate closely with customer service teams on customer trucking requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Assistant Manager to improve operational efficiency and optimise company resources.
  • Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 requirements.
  • Support the achievement of IMS policies, objectives, and performance targets.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics traffic control, transportation operations, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Singapore road networks for effective job allocation and route planning.
  • Knowledge of PSA Portnet System and PSA Haulier Community System are added advantages.
  • Experience in transport planning, fleet coordination, and resource management.
