Job Title:Treasury Intern, Data Integration & Business Intelligence Department: Treasury

Location:Singapore Duration: 3-6 Months Reporting To: Treasury Reporting & Analytics Manager

Position Summary

The Treasury Intern will support theTreasury team in enhancing data integration, reporting automation, and businessintelligence capabilities. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporatetreasury operations, financial data management, dashboard development, andprocess automation. The successful candidate will collaborate with Treasury,Finance, and Technology stakeholders to transform treasury data into actionableinsights that support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integration & Management

· Assist in consolidatingtreasury data from multiple sources including Treasury Management Systems(TMS), ERP platforms, banking portals, and internal databases.

· Support the development andmaintenance of automated data pipelines and reporting processes.

· Perform data extraction,cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.

· Ensure data accuracy,completeness, and consistency across treasury reports.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

· Develop and maintain Power BIdashboards for treasury reporting.

· Create visualizations and KPIdashboards covering:

o Global cash positions

o Liquidity metrics

o Cash flow forecasts

o Banking activities

o Foreign exchange exposures

· Support the production ofmanagement reporting and executive dashboards.

· Identify trends andopportunities through data analysis.

Process Automation & Continuous Improvement

· Assist with automationinitiatives using Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, or Python.

· Document reporting processes,data flows, and dashboard logic.

· Support treasury digitalizationand reporting transformation projects.

· Recommend improvements toreporting efficiency and data governance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

· Work closely with Treasury,Finance, IT, and Data Analytics teams.

· Participate in meetings togather reporting requirements and business needs.

· Support ad-hoc analysis andspecial projects as required.

Qualifications

Education

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor'sdegree in:

o Finance

o Business Analytics

o Information Systems

o Data Science

o Computer Science

o Engineering

o Accounting or relateddisciplines

Technical Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Familiarity with Power BI orother data visualization tools.

· Basic knowledge of SQL.

· Understanding of data modelingand database concepts.

· Exposure to Python, PowerQuery, or Power Automate is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

· Interest in Corporate Treasury,Finance, or Financial Analytics.

· Experience working with largedatasets through academic projects or internships.

· Exposure to SAP, Oracle,Dynamics 365, or Treasury Management Systems is a plus.

Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Period of internship :

Preferably to start in Nov/Dec 2026 Able to commit for at least 3-6 months
