The posting

Salary: Up to $2,800 per month Contract duration: 12 months Nearest MRT: Pasir Panjang MRT Station

We are seeking a detail-oriented UAT Tester / Administrative Support Officer to support user acceptance testing, data verification and day-to-day operational administration for a licensing-related project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log defects and support user acceptance testing for system solutions and fixes
  • Perform data verification and administrative checks accurately
  • Export application forms and upload them into the relevant processing system
  • Record payments received via bank accounts
  • Support documentation and regular operational activities
  • Assist with licensing-related administrative processes during system transition and automation
  • Provide administrative support for Earthworks Requirements-related work
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline; Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in user acceptance testing, defect logging, quality assurance, administration or operational support is advantageous
  • Experience with case management or licensing systems is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform accurate data verification
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
