The posting

  • Participating in comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and preparation of communication materials and user guides for system modules that fall within Performance and Rewards related areas
  • Supporting the data migration phase through extraction and consolidation of records/ files Managing the consolidation, extraction and analysis of data points for budgeting, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews
  • Preparing files and reports for regular compensation and performance reporting
  • Reviewing compensation proposals which are outside the approved parameters, escalated by the Talent Acquisition team

Our Requirements:

  • A good analytical and inquisitive mind, meticulous and detailed
  • 3 to 6 years’ experience in Performance, Compensation & Benefit roles
