Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to identify, evaluate and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, M&A opportunities and other platforms to accelerate the Group’s growth and expansion.
  • Lead the Operations (Office Administration, Procurement and Logistics),IT and Inside Sales teams, ensuring effective support for business growth, operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain clear policies, processes and controls across IT, Inside Sales and Operations, ensuring compliance with Company policies, applicable laws, regulations and contractual requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate with Sales, PSM and Finance to ensure timely and effective fulfilment of customer and project requirements.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management and negotiations to ensure cost-effective purchasing, competitive commercial terms and timely delivery.
  • Oversee logistics activities relating to the movement, delivery andfulfilment of equipment and products, ensuring effective coordination andinventory control.
  • Lead IT infrastructure and system improvement projects, including systemimplementation, integration, upgrades and digitalisation initiatives.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, backup and disaster recovery arrangements to ensure IT security, reliability and business continuity.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology, automation, system integration and process improvements.
  • Lead the Inside Sales function, overseeing sales coordination, quotation management, customer follow-ups, order processing and business opportunities.
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management, including vendors, contracts, budgets, workplace safety and compliance activities, while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and manage departmental budgets and operating costs, identifyingopportunities for cost optimisation and effective resource utilisation.
  • Develop appropriate KPIs and performance measures for the respectivefunctions, monitor performance and provide regular updates and recommendationsto management.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices across the functions to enhance productivity, service quality and operational effectiveness.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to support the Group’s business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum15 years of progressive professional experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership or management role overseeing multi-functional departments (i.e.IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial Support)
  • Demonstrated experience in a System Integration (SI), technology, or B2B hardware/software distribution environment, given the specific focus on SI business and technology procurement.
  • Proven track record in driving implementations, process improvements and automation initiatives across multiple countries.
  • Strong experience in managing business operations, stakeholder relationships, and department budgeting.
