Job Summary:
Candidates will be responsible for performing manual and automated visual inspection of pharmaceutical products, operating and supporting packaging lines, and ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform manual visual inspection of vials, syringes, or other primary packaging for defects such as particles, cracks, discoloration, and fill volume issues.
- Operate automated visual inspection machines and monitor performance to ensure product quality.
- Document inspection results and report any deviations or quality issues in accordance with SOPs.
- Operate and monitor automatic packaging line.
- Assist in packaging line setup, CQV activities and changeovers to ensure efficient production runs.
- Support in documentation such as drafting, revising SOPs.
- Support in manual labelling and packaging of products if required.
- Perform daily cleaning and clearance of work areas and equipment to maintain GMP compliance.
- Handle material dispensing, stockkeeping, and reconciliation for visual inspection and packaging processes.
- Support troubleshooting of equipment failures and collaborate with maintenance/engineering teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Complete batch records, logbooks, and inspection reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions as needed.
- Train new team members on visual inspection techniques, equipment operation, and GMP requirements.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmacy, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences in visual inspection and packaging.
- Experience with automated visual inspection systems and familiarity with manual labelling and packaging and automatic packaging equipment, especially MG (Marchesini Group) or similar lines, will be considered a strong advantage.

- Good communication and expression skills.
- Effective team collaboration, efficient execution, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to work in the day, afternoon, or night shifts, and on weekends as part of shift rotations, depending on production scheduling needs.
Contract Duration: 12 months
