Job Title: Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement Executive

Employment Type: 11-Month Contract

Contract Period: 12 November 2026 to 12 October 2027

Working Location: Ubi Avenue 4

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

$3,100 to $3,400 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment, onboarding and engagement of volunteers through outreach initiatives, volunteer programmes, and effective stakeholder engagement.

• Coordinate volunteer recruitment and outreach activities.

• Manage volunteer onboarding, records, and communications.

• Plan and support volunteer engagement, training, and appreciation programmes.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support volunteer deployment and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline.

• Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with volunteers or in a public-facing/engagement role would be advantageous.
