Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the outlet.
  • Assist with the rostering of manpower
  • To have a full understanding and knowledge of all items that is offered on the menu & beverage list.
  • Ensure that set up of tables in the restaurant is as per the standards required for each meal period and as set in the Restaurant operating policy.
  • Manage guest relations and handle complaints or feedbacks concerning food and services.
  • Maintain standards of service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Specification

  • WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
  • Other existing and/or new Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ)
  • Experience in a in Food & Beverage/Hotel industry will be an added advantage
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Willing to perform shift duties (including weekends and public holidays)
