The posting

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy coordinating with customers and warehouse teams? We are looking for a Warehouse Admin to support daily warehouse administration, with a focus on returns management, customer service, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

🔄 Returns Management

  • Process and coordinate returned goods from customers and delivery partners.
  • Verify returned items against relevant documents and system records.
  • Inspect and record the condition and quantity of returned goods.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and relevant internal teams on discrepancies, damaged items, and return-related issues.
  • Update return transactions accurately in the relevant system.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for all return activities.

🤝 Customer Service & Coordination

  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding returns, deliveries, and order status.
  • Provide timely updates and follow up on customer requests and issues.
  • Coordinate with customers, warehouse teams, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure service requests are followed up and completed within agreed timelines.

📋 Warehouse Administration

  • Prepare, process, and maintain warehouse-related documentation.
  • Update operational records and reports accurately.
  • Support inventory checks and investigate discrepancies when required.
  • Maintain proper physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with general warehouse administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehousing will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory processes is preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and system updates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, or warehouse systems will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
