Job Summary

Join Allpress Espresso as a Warehouse Assistant in Singapore, managing stock, packing orders, handling deliveries, and servicing espresso machinery while building customer relationships and supporting the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stock levels to ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely replenishment
  • Pack customer orders accurately and on time to meet delivery schedules
  • Handle deliveries across Singapore, building customer relationships through friendly engagement
  • Perform hands-on setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of espresso machinery including La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos, and Mahlkönig
  • Conduct onsite service visits for customers to maintain and repair espresso equipment
  • Support warehouse operations, event assistance, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Participate in regular training on new machines and products to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge
  • Organize work tasks efficiently and maintain punctuality to support smooth operations
  • Maintain composure and problem-solve calmly under pressure to ensure service quality

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a valid driver’s licence to perform delivery and onsite service duties

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in coffee-making or the coffee industry to enhance customer interactions and technical service
  • Background in café or F&B industry to support operational understanding and customer engagement
