📍 Location: Pioneer / Woodlands

💰 Salary & Benefits

✨ Basic Salary: $3,450 – $3,850 (based on experience) ✨ Stable full-time employment ✨ Career progression opportunities

⏰ Working Hours

🕒 12-hour shifts

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Shift Pattern:

  • Group 1: Work Sun – Tue + Alternate Wednesday
  • Group 2: Work Alternate Wednesday + Thu – Sat

📋 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts. ✅ Plan and allocate manpower to ensure smooth daily operations. ✅ Monitor team productivity and ensure KPIs and service levels are achieved. ✅ Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, and dispatch. ✅ Coordinate stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancy investigations. ✅ Ensure accurate documentation (GRN, ASN, Delivery Orders, Pick Lists). ✅ Prevent inventory loss through proper warehouse controls and processes. ✅ Train, coach, and mentor warehouse team members on SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety. ✅ Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence. ✅ Ensure warehouse equipment (RF scanners, MHE, printers) is properly maintained and utilised.

✅ Requirements

✔ Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management. ✔ Previous experience leading a warehouse or logistics operations team. ✔ Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and WMS systems. ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ✔ Able to commit to rotating 12-hour shifts.
