About the Job

Your role as a Wealth Adviser is to guide clients through their financial planning journey, providing knowledgeable advice across areas such as investment management, retirement preparation, and wealth protection strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Comprehensive Wealth Advice: Work with internal specialists and experts to provide clients with complete financial planning strategies covering investments, protection, and wealth structuring solutions.

Provide Expertise in Protection & Planning: Offer specialised knowledge in insurance solutions and advanced financial planning concepts to deliver suitable recommendations tailored to client needs.

Stay Current on Market & Regulatory Developments: Continuously update your knowledge of financial products, market movements, regulatory changes, and tax considerations to ensure advice remains relevant and compliant.

Client & Partner Communication: Deliver excellent communication and service to clients and internal stakeholders by ensuring smooth processes, clear explanations, and strong relationship management.

Portfolio Construction & Management: Create and manage investment strategies for clients, including customised portfolio solutions aligned with their financial objectives.

Estate & Succession Advisory: Assist clients with wealth transfer planning, including structuring assets and establishing arrangements to preserve their legacy across generations.

Tax Planning & Optimisation: Develop tax-efficient strategies to help clients manage liabilities and improve long-term financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/University degree from a recognised institution or equivalent academic qualifications.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in insurance and investment product sales required. Offshore experience would be advantageous.
  • Broad understanding of financial services, product solutions and all aspects of planning strategies and concepts.
  • Client-centric skills including excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accreditations: RES5, CM-CIS, CM-LIP or CM-LIC, HI required.
