We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Private Banking business where we serve the complex wealth management needs of our ultra-high net worth clients across the world.
As an Operations Transformation and Strategy Associate within the Wealth Management Operations team, you will drive intelligent automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, increase capacity, reduce risk, and enhance the client and service experience. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, perform detailed requirements deep dives, design scalable solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementation through stabilization. You will also contribute to team capability-building through coaching, enablement, and adoption of responsible AI and emerging automation approaches.
Job responsibilities
• Conduct opportunity assessments and requirements deep dives independently, including process mapping, data analysis, solution design, prototyping, build, testing support, deployment readiness, and post-release stabilization/continuous improvement.
• Design and develop workflow automation solutions using approved intelligent automation tools, natural-language-assisted development approaches and data analytics, ensuring scalability, resiliency, maintainability, and appropriate controls.
• Collaborate and partner across business functions and teams including Operations, Business, Product, Technology, Controls, and Governance, to align scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
• Ensure solutions adhere to firm standards, change management expectations, and intelligent automation governance requirements.
• Coach and support team members on emerging skills, AI/ML skills, automation best practices, reusable patterns, and tooling; contribute to and/or deliver enablement and training materials for workflow automation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in intelligent automation, business/process transformation, or technology-enabled operations improvement.
• Proven ability to independently deliver solutions end-to-end, including requirements deep dives, solution design/architecture and documentation, process and data analysis, solution build/configuration/development, testing support, and issue investigation/root-cause analysis.
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience using intelligent automation tools and modern engineering practices, not limited to GitHub Copilot, Python, SQL, API integration.
• Familiarity with applied AI/ML and GenAI concepts, core ML approaches, model evaluation, with an understanding of how to apply these responsibly to use cases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
