Job Highlights:

We are looking for a Digital Content Producer who can manage web content, work with CMS platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders across Singapore and Australia to deliver a consistent, accessible and user-friendly digital experience.

  • 9-Months Contract
  • Up to $4,400/month
  • Central @ Bugis

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of the Singapore website migration
  • Conduct content audits to identify content for migration, consolidation, improvement or retirement
  • Create, edit and migrate web content according to agreed content standards and guidelines
  • Build and update webpages using the CMS, approved templates and design components
  • Work with Singapore and Australian stakeholders to ensure content meets business and user needs
  • Make basic HTML/CSS and front-end updates where required
  • Ensure webpages meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
  • Check content, links, forms, SEO metadata and user journeys after migration
  • Conduct website testing across different browsers and devices
  • Support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Ensure webpages follow agreed standards for SEO, accessibility, readability and design consistency
  • Support the resolution of content and website issues identified during testing

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, IT, Design or a related discipline
  • Experience managing or producing content for large or complex websites
  • Experience in content audits, website migration or digital transformation projects
  • Strong writing, editing and digital content skills
  • Good understanding of CMS, SEO and web accessibility (WCAG)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across Singapore and Australia
