The posting

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Part-Time Driver Helper / Event Crew to support our event operations on Fridays and Saturdays.

This is a hands-on role involving delivery, setup and teardown of carnival and event equipment at various locations across Singapore.

Pay: $12–$15 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Accompany driver for deliveries and collections at event venues
  • Assist with loading and unloading event equipment from our box truck
  • Carry, move and position equipment safely
  • Set up event and carnival equipment together with the driver
  • Conduct teardown and packing after events
  • Check equipment and quantities during delivery and collection
  • Keep equipment and work areas neat and organised
  • Communicate professionally with clients and venue representatives
  • Confirm setup locations and basic requirements with clients on-site
  • Update the operations team regarding delivery/setup status
  • Assist with other event operations duties when required

Requirements

  • Able to work regularly on Fridays and Saturdays
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
  • Able to communicate confidently and politely with clients
  • Able to speak and understand English
  • Responsible, punctual and able to follow instructions
  • Able to work independently with the driver when required
  • Comfortable working at different event venues around Singapore
  • Willing to work early mornings or late evenings depending on event schedules
  • Previous event, logistics, delivery or setup experience is an advantage but not compulsory

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is responsible and presentable, not simply someone to carry equipment.

As you will sometimes be one of our company’s representatives at the event venue, you should be comfortable speaking with clients, understanding simple setup instructions and handling basic on-site matters professionally.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
