The posting

Weekly Sunday Sessions (Flexible Timeslots)

Speech Academy Asia – Novena Branch is located in central Singapore within a vibrant education district and is recognised as one of the award-winning centres in speech and presentation competitions. Our students consistently perform strongly across internal showcases and external platforms, reflecting the strength of our structured training approach.

For trainers, this offers the opportunity to be part of a reputable and results-driven training environment while operating within a well-supported system.

Why Join Novena

Award-Winning Training Environment Be part of a centre with a proven track record in speech competitions and presentation excellence. You contribute to a culture that values quality coaching and measurable growth.

Focused Group Training Model We adopt a small focus-group approach, allowing trainers to engage students meaningfully without the pressure of managing large class sizes. This creates a more manageable and high-quality teaching experience compared to centres that operate on high-volume classes.

Supportive Buddy System New trainers are paired with an experienced buddy coach to ensure smooth onboarding, classroom guidance, and practical support. You are supported as you grow into the role.

Structured Curriculum Provided Comprehensive lesson plans and materials are fully prepared. Trainers can focus on delivery, coaching presence, and student development rather than administrative preparation.

Freelance Flexibility Weekly Saturday sessions with flexible timeslots, suitable for professionals balancing other commitments.

Who We Welcome

• Clear and confident English speakers from diverse professional backgrounds • Individuals passionate about guiding children and teens in communication and confidence • Those seeking to grow within a structured and reputable training platform

No prior teaching experience is required as training and support are provided.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
