  • · Prepare cost estimates andtender submissions for building and construction projects
  • · Review tender drawings,specifications, bills of quantities, and contract documents
  • · Perform quantitytake-offs, cost analysis, and pricing evaluations
  • · Source, evaluate, andcompare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
  • · Prepare tender costingsheets, commercial proposals, and cost build-ups
  • · Identify discrepancies intender documents and raise clarification queries when required
  • Requirements:
  • · Diploma or Degree inQuantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • · Minimum 5 years ofrelevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Tendering, or Pre-Contract functions
  • · Experience with maincontractors will be highly preferred
