Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Act as the primary regional expert for all workplace experience and digital workspace sales opportunities across APAC operating units.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, consultative solution positioning, pitch preparation, and complex deal execution.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline by collaborating with corporate clients, AV designers, commercial office fit-out partners, facilities vendors, and key technology OEMs.
  • Drive recurring annuity service growth, maintain sales forecasting accuracy, and lead business development efforts for major global and strategic accounts.

2. Market Positioning & Vendor Ecosystem Management

  • Establish the organization as a leading provider of Unified Communications, Meeting Room Solutions, and Workplace Services across regional markets.
  • Build strategic alliances with key hardware and software vendors to support joint account planning, product alignment, and sales enablement.
  • Lead high-level client engagements, executive presentations, solution demonstrations, and major RFP responses across APAC.
  • Monitor regional market dynamics, technology trends, and competitive offerings to refine go-to-market strategy.

3. Regional Enablement & Capability Building

  • Elevate the technical confidence and sales capability of country-level sales teams through coaching, structured training, and in-field co-selling support.
  • Standardize regional sales execution by deploying scalable methodologies, frameworks, and solution positioning tools.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for smart workplace and collaboration solutions.

4. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

  • Collaborate with international regional teams (Europe, Americas) to align global accounts and share best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Go-To-Market Enablement, and Portfolio teams to build aligned campaigns and sales materials.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or solution consulting experience in Audio Visual (AV), Video Conferencing, Unified Communications (UC), or Workplace Technology ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding regional sales and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated experience developing structured account growth plans and executing cross-border business strategies.

Technical Knowledge & Market Domain

  • Strong technical understanding of meeting room platforms, specifically Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, and associated hardware/software ecosystems.
  • Solid grasp of the broader AV, UC, and smart workplace ecosystem across the APAC market.

Capabilities & Competencies

  • Advanced Solution Selling: Demonstrated skill in qualification, commercial business case development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to present to, engage, and influence both non-technical C-suite executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Regional Influence: Proven ability to operate, lead, and influence matrixed teams across diverse cultures and geographic markets without direct authority.
