Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; organised and able to maintain accurate records; basic knowledge of workshop operations, machinery and vehicle documentation.
Experience:
Preferably 1–2 years of administrative experience. Experience in a construction, engineering, automotive or workshop environment will be an advantage.
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to workshop operations.
- Maintain records of company vehicles, machinery, equipment and tools.
- Monitor road tax, insurance, inspections, permits and licence expiry dates.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate the purchase of spare parts and workshop supplies.
- Maintain repair, servicing and preventive maintenance records.
- Coordinate servicing and repair schedules with workshop personnel and external vendors.
- Check and process invoices, delivery orders, quotations and supporting documents.
- Keep track of spare-parts inventory and update stock records.
- Prepare workshop reports, timesheets and other required documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Workshop Manager or Management.
