Job Description
- Lead the entire workshop team and manage daily workshop operations to ensure smooth and effective work.
- Plan, schedule and monitor maintenance and repair works to ensure timely completion and meet quality standards.
- Oversee and allocate workshop resources efficiently to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Monitor team performance, work progress and quality of work.
- Ensure all workshop activities comply with site safety rules.
- Ensure all repair and servicing works are properly recorded and documented, including detailed records of parts used.
- Develop and maintain the competency of the workshop team.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage and issuing of materials and spare parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock quantities matches the system records.
- Monitor inventory levels and establish appropriate stock levels to prevent stock shortages or excessive inventory.
- Ensure all inventory movements are properly recorded and documented.
- Report spare parts with quality issues to the HQ team for further action.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and operated in a safe manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in managing a large-scale heavy vehicles workshop is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of truck maintenance, repair processes, and spare parts management
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia to communicate effectively with local teams and support day-to-day workshop operations
- Willingness to be deployed overseas in Indonesia
