Job Scope

Direct Student Support & Case Management

  • Mentor High Needs Students (HNS) one-on-one, offering guidance, homework help, and emotional support.
  • Assist with case management, parent/student engagement, progress tracking, and documentation.

Behavior & Student Well-Being

  • Maintain discipline during daily routines and school events (e.g., camps, Speech Day).
  • Deliver motivational talks and lead light physical activities to boost resilience and health.

Collaboration & Administration

  • Coordinate student interventions with school staff and parents.
  • Handle general administrative and office duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Diploma in Social Work, Youth Work, or an equivalent qualification. Professional Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in social work or youth work, preferably within a school or community setting. Core Competencies & SkillsProgramme Development: Ability to design, customize, and deliver evidence-informed youth programmes tailored to student needs. Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in engaging students and building partnerships with teachers, school leaders, parents, and external agencies. Case Management & Assessment: Competent in assessing student needs, creating care and intervention plans, and facilitating group work or support groups. Monitoring & Evaluation: Strong evaluation skills to track programme outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Attributes & Discretion: An organized, adaptable team player capable of managing multiple priorities, alongside sound professional judgment and strict confidentiality.
