The posting

Position Summary: Senior Officer Administration Managed daily plants administrative operations, workplace facilities, front desk and security management.   Work You’ll Do:

Security & Material Vigilance: Supervise on-ground security personnel across Units 1–4, lead daily Gemba meetings,

monitor CCTV/patrolling, control gate passes, inspect vehicles, and oversee scrap weighment and dispatch.

Front Office, Reception & Sales Liaison: Manage reception duties, conference room bookings, welcome boards, and

courier dispatch/billing; log incoming customer inquiries and promptly email lead and contact details to Sales Coordinators.

Housekeeping & Deep Cleaning: Supervise daily contractor housekeeping manpower across bays/offices, manage

central HK chemical/consumable stores, prepare bay cleaning kits with HOM, and lead plant Mega Cleaning Days.

Travel, Hospitality & Guest Logistics: Coordinate hotel reservations, corporate cab bookings, guest meals, and adhoc

executive pantry purchases with complete invoice processing.

Canteen Administration: Monitor daily kitchen hygiene, food quality, and dining standards; draft Canteen Committee

MOMs, and submit monthly employee salary deduction statements to HR Payroll.

Procurement, PRs & Billing: Raise administrative PRs in ERP/SAP (consumables, tankers, repairs, AMCs) and audit

monthly vendor invoices (Housekeeping, Security, Canteen, VIA, EPABX, telecom).

Employee Welfare & Uniforms: Secure SCT approvals, manage central stock registers, distribute uniforms/safety

shoes, and process employee stitching claims.

Telecom & IT Admin: Serve as SPOC for corporate COCP SIM allocations/cancellations, handle EPABX extension

issues, and reconcile telephone/lease line expenses.

Site Hygiene, Infrastructure & Liaison: Supervise pest control, water/septic tank desilting, and gardening upkeep;

coordinate GIDC/VIA/AMC liaison, emergency water tankers, Plant Safety Committee audits, and Eklavya Training Centre bookings and hall setups. Team:

Plant Administration & Workplace Facilities Team, collaborating with Front Office, HR Payroll, Purchase/Commercial,

Accounts, Sales Coordination, outsourced agencies, and Plant EHS.   Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B. Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA, or equivalent) & MSW (Master of Social Works) Preferred. 6 to 8 years of experience in plant administration, workplace facility supervision, or factory security and operations

management.

Working knowledge of ERP, MS Excel/Word/Power Point, and business email communication. Hands-on familiarity with gate pass control, vendor invoice verification, and inventory management.

  Preferred Experience:

Experience in a multi-unit manufacturing/engineering plant or industrial sector. Strong coordination skills to manage outsourced workforces (security, canteen facilities & housekeeping) alongside front-desk office duties. Knowledge of 5S plant practices, industrial safety norms, CCTV, and Visitor Management Systems (VMS).
