Die Stelle | Supply Chain Manager – Europe (m/w/d)

Positionszusammenfassung |

Der Supply Chain Manager (Europe) ist verantwortlich für die Steuerung der Beschaffung, Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie aller supply-chain-relevanten operativen Aktivitäten in Europa. Die Position stellt Kostenoptimierung, Versorgungssicherheit, Vertragskonformität und eine präzise Datenpflege sicher und fungiert als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten, internen Stakeholdern, Shared Service Centern und externen Prüfern.

Ihre Aufgaben |

Führungs- und Managementverantwortung |

• Fachliche Führung der europäischen Supply- Chain-Funktionen (Strategischer Einkauf, Operativer Einkauf, Lieferantenentwicklung)

• Matrixorganisation mit Berichtslinien an europäische und globale Funktionsleiter

• Aufbau, Entwicklung und Coaching eines leistungsstarken Teams

• Förderung einer offenen Kommunikations- und Teamkultur

• Sicherstellung der Umsetzung globaler Beschaffungsstrategien

• Entwicklung neuer Lieferanten zur Unterstützung lokaler und globaler Bedarfe

Strategischer Einkauf & Lieferantenmanagement |

• Steuerung von Anfragen für neue und bestehende Materialien (ca. 700 Artikel pro Jahr)

• Identifikation, Auswahl und Entwicklung geeigneter Lieferanten

• Durchführung von Preisverhandlungen mit strategischen Partnern

• Erstellung und Pflege von Rahmenverträgen

• Prüfung und Freigabe von Preisänderungen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb

 

 

Supply Chain Koordination |

• Hauptansprechpartner für MCZ-Systeme und Datenpflege

• Unterstützung bei Lieferterminabweichungen und Störungen in der Lieferkette

Stammdaten & Compliance |

• Pflege der Lieferantenstammdaten im E1-System

• Erstellung monatlicher Reports gemäß SOX-Anforderungen

• Unterstützung und Ansprechpartner bei externen Audits (z. B. EY)

Indirekter Einkauf |

• Verantwortung für den Einkauf indirekter Materialien am Standort Malterdingen

• Steuerung externer Dienstleister (z. B. Facility Services)

• Prüfung und Freigabe von Rechnungen und Übergabe an SSC

Asset- & Infrastrukturmanagement |

• Verwaltung des Firmenfuhrparks (Leasing, Beschaffung, Rückgaben)

• Management von IT-Hardware (HP) inklusive Bestellung und Rückgabe

• Betreuung von Drucker- und Telekommunikationsverträgen

Facility Management |

• Koordination von Gebäudereinigungsdiensten

• Verwaltung des Schlüsselmanagements und Sicherstellung des Zugangsmanagements

Kennzahlen & Reporting |

• Verantwortung für KPIs wie Materialproduktivität, Cashflow, Lieferantenqualität, Nachhaltigkeit und Innovation

• Monatliches Reporting inkl. Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

Ihr Profil |

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld

• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im strategischen Einkauf und Lieferantenmanagement

• Starke Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. JDE, SAP)

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Hohe Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denken und Teamfähigkeit
