  • Draft and edit materials such as internal announcements, executive communications, event invitations, briefing documents, talking points, social copy, and presentation content.
  • Support public relations programs by coordinating agency requests, media materials, award submissions, speaking opportunities, interview preparation, and coverage reporting.
  • Assist in executing customer, industry, employee, and executive events, including attendee communications, speaker coordination, vendor logistics, run-of-show documents, rehearsals, and onsite support.
  • Maintain communications calendars, event trackers, shared files, contact lists, and other systems that give the team a clear view of priorities and progress.
  • Partner with teams across marketing, sales, product, executive operations, and external agencies to gather inputs and move deliverables forward.
  • Capture outcomes, feedback, and follow-up actions so the team can improve future communications and events.

The skills and qualities you'll bring include

  • Bring 3 years of relevant experience through full-time work, internships, co-ops, campus organizations, agencies, or event programs.
  • Demonstrate strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to tone, grammar, and detail.
  • Apply excellent organization and follow-through to manage several deadlines without losing track of details.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with executive, employee, customer, or media-related information.
  • Maintain a proactive working style by asking useful questions, flagging risks early, and taking ownership of the next step.
  • Display comfort learning new tools and working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change.
  • Bring a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with coursework in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or event management being helpful.
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making by making efficient choices during fast-paced event and campaign execution to maintain momentum.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by partnering across marketing, sales, product, executive operations, and agencies to deliver seamless projects.
  • Demonstrate accountability by holding self and others responsible for driving event and campaign outcomes on time.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
