Als deutscher Technologiehersteller bieten wir eine sichere, zertifizierte Security-as-a-Service-Plattform zum Schutz vor digitalen Gefahren von kritischen Infrastrukturen über Behörden bis hin zu DAX-Konzernen. Unsere smarte Technologie überwacht, analysiert und filtert schädlichen Internet-Traffic in Echtzeit, noch bevor virtuelle Angriffe einen realen Schaden anrichten.

Für den Betrieb unserer hochverfügbaren Plattform suchen wir einen erfahrenen Linux-Systemadministrator mit einem Gespür für IT-Security - jemanden, der die Kommandozeile liebt, in Automatisierung denkt und sicherheitsrelevante Plattformen im Produktivbetrieb beherrscht.

Deine Aufgaben

Über die Rolle

Diese Rolle ist ein Mix aus Linux-Systemadministration, Netzwerktechnik, Security-Plattform-Betrieb und Kundenbetrieb. Du bist nicht nur für die Infrastruktur verantwortlich, sondern auch dafür, dass unsere Kunden die Plattform erfolgreich nutzen können.

  • Betrieb und Konfiguration unserer Linux-Plattform (Debian) – von CDN-Edge-Servern bis zu internen Systemen, inklusive System-Updates, Paketmanagement und Hardening
  • Administration und Konfiguration von NGINX, WAF, Bot-Management und CDN-Komponenten
  • Verwaltung von DNS/DNSSEC, BGP-Routing und Netzwerk-Switching
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring-Stacks (Icinga, Grafana, Elasticsearch) inklusive Dashboards und Alerting-Regeln
  • Durchführung von Kunden-Onboarding, 2nd-Level-Support und Erstellung technischer Dokumentation
  • Teilnahme an der rotierenden 24/7-Rufbereitschaft (mit Zusatzvergütung) und schnelle Behebung von Störungen

Dein Profil

Must-have

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Linux-Systemadministration (Debian/Ubuntu) in produktiven Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Linux-CLI – du arbeitest sicher und schnell, auch unter Druck
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnik: TCP/IP, DNS/DNSSEC, BGP, Firewall-Konzepte, TLS
  • Erfahrung mit NGINX, CDN-Architekturen oder Reverse-Proxies
  • Kenntnisse in Monitoring-Tools (Icinga, Grafana, Elasticsearch oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung im 2nd-Level-Support oder Kundenbetrieb
  • Deutsch und Englisch auf mindestens B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift – C1 ist von Vorteil

Nice-to-have

  • Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Saltstack oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb von Security-Plattformen, WAF oder Bot-Management-Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit Container-Technologien (Docker)
  • Zertifizierungen: CompTIA Security+, OSCP oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb von VPN-Lösungen (WireGuard)
  • Kenntnisse in KI/ML-Tools im Security-Kontext (Anomalie-Erkennung, Log-Analyse)
