1、负责欧洲市场B端渠道搭建、经销商及企业客户开发管理，推动合作客户完成销售目标，对区域销售、经营考核指标负责； 2、深度运营头部企业客户，统筹商务洽谈、长期合作维护，挖掘增量合作机会，建立稳定互信的战略合作关系； 3、调研欧洲当地行业、竞品及企业客户需求，输出市场分析，参与制定区域产品、细分客户、全渠道销售策略； 4、联动线上数字营销、线下海外展会、商务推广活动策划落地，挖掘B端商机线索，拉动区域订单增长； 5、跟进合作全流程，负责商务对接、订单跟进、问题协调，做好客户档案与销售数据复盘； 6、完成上级交办的其他海外商务拓展相关工作。

1、全日制本科及以上，7 年以上海外B端企业客户开发、渠道销售管理经验，近5年深耕欧洲市场业务； 2、英语流利可独立商务办公沟通，掌握西语、意语、法语等欧洲小语种优先； 3、熟悉消费电子海外ToB经销、企业客户合作模式与全流程业务操作； 4、逻辑清晰，具备优秀跨文化商务谈判、项目统筹与落地推动能力； 5、有欧洲大型企业客户开拓运维经验优先。
