Strategic Growth Opportunity

A leading independently owned specialty wholesale and reinsurance broker is undertaking a strategic European expansion and is seeking established producing brokers or teams capable of generating meaningful wholesale and/or reinsurance business within their local markets.

This opportunity is aimed at entrepreneurial producers interested in building or expanding their business within a well-capitalised international platform with strong market access and long-term growth ambitions.

Individuals or teams with an existing portfolio of relationships and the ability to generate sustainable production would be of particular interest.

All conversations will be handled in strict confidence.

Geographic Focus

Current areas of interest include:

  • Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Portugal
  • Spain

Additional opportunities may exist across Portuguese-speaking African markets and South Africa.

The European platform is supported by established infrastructure in the region.

Areas of Interest

  • Wholesale specialty insurance production
  • Reinsurance (treaty and/or facultative)
  • Established relationships with insurers, cedants or broker networks
  • Demonstrable production track record
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
