Über unsere Klinik

Am idyllischen Straussee in Strausberg (nur 45 min von Berlin entfernt) entsteht mit der Nachsorgeklinik am Straussee eine neue Rehabilitationseinrichtung für herz- oder krebskranke Kinder und deren Familien sowie für Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene. Als Teil der Diakonie betreibt die Nachsorgeklinik am Straussee einen modernen Klinikneubau mit insgesamt 160-180 Betten, die für rund 60 kranke Kinder und deren Kernfamilien vorgesehen sind. Das Konzept der familienorientierten Rehabilitation (FOR) schließt die Familie in die Behandlung ein, um einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz zu verfolgen, der medizinische, therapeutische und pädagogische Maßnahmen vereint. Unser hochqualifiziertes, engagiertes Team arbeitet interdisziplinär - mit Herz und Leidenschaft - um jungen Patient*innen eine erstklassige Rehabilitation zu bieten. Die neu zugelassene Nachsorgeklinik hat im April offiziell eröffnet und begrüßt seit dem 28.04.2026 die ersten Familien. Für dieses Herzensprojekt suchen wir eine motivierte und kompetente Persönlichkeit, die als als Diätassistent*in/Ökotropholog*in unsere Vision teilt und die Nachsorgeklinik am Straussee mitgestalten möchte!

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ernährungsberatung und -therapie für Patient*innen und Familien im Rahmen der Rehabilitation
  • Erstellung individueller Diät- und Ernährungspläne in Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt*innen, Therapeut*innen und Pflegepersonal unter Berücksichtigung medizinischer Indikationen (bilanzierte Ernährung bei Sondenernährung, keimreduzierte Kost nach Herztransplantation, MCT-Kost bei Chylothorax )
  • Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppenberatungen, Schulungen und praktischen Einheiten zu gesunder Ernährung im eigenen Schulungsraum und der Lehrküche

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diätassistent*in oder Studium der Ökotrophologie/Ernährungswissenschaften
  • Kenntnisse in ernährungstherapeutischen Konzepten und lebenspraktischer Ernährungsbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Ernährungsberatung von Kindern, idealerweise im Reha-Kontext
  • Erste Berührungspunkte oder Erfahrung mit Patient*innen mit onkologischen oder kardiologischen Erkrankungen wären von Vorteil
  • Hohes Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit erkrankten Kindern und deren Familien
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

  • Kinderzuschlag von 91 EUR je Kind bei nachweislichem Kindergeldbezug (AVR DWBO)
